KINTO FORIS plate 195mm

Description

A 195 mm enamelled plate — side-plate sized, and dual purpose. It is also the lid for the FORIS bowl 195mm, which is what makes it more useful than a plate of this size usually is.

Plate or lid

As a lid it keeps ash and insects out of food outdoors, and at home it turns the matching bowl into a storage container for the fridge without needing cling film. As a plate it takes a starter, a side, or bread and cheese.

Construction

Enamel over stainless steel, about 240 g, thin and light. The rim is finished thin rather than rolled, so it dries properly, and the slit lets it hang. Direct fire, oven and dishwasher safe.
