Description
The smaller FORIS bowl at 145 mm and 500 ml — a cereal, soup or side-dish size. Enamel over a stainless steel core keeps it to about 200 g, so it is genuinely light to carry and light to hold.
Fire, oven and dishwasher
Direct flame is fine; with the separately sold handle clipped into the rim slit it becomes a small pan. Remove the handle before applying heat. Oven and dishwasher safe, and the enamel does not take on odours or stains.
Details that show up in use
The thin unrolled rim drains rather than holding water, and the slit lets it hang to dry. They stack for storage, though not while wet — damp enamel surfaces can grip each other hard enough to be a nuisance to separate.
