Terms & conditions

These terms govern your purchase from Punichair. Nothing in them removes or limits your rights
as a consumer under UK law.

Who we are

Punichair, 51 Cheverton Road, London N19 3BA, United Kingdom. Telephone

contact@punichair.com.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch
confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because stock has gone, or a price was
displayed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not use an obvious
pricing error to hold you to a purchase, and equally we are not obliged to honour one.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include free UK delivery. The price shown is
the total you pay.
We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your
order and none is shown — you will not receive a VAT invoice and cannot reclaim VAT on a
purchase from us. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment

Payment is taken at the checkout by card. We do not store your card details; they are handled
by our payment provider. We only advertise payment methods we actually accept — if you can
see it at the checkout, it works.

Delivery, cancellation and faults

Set out in full on our Delivery and
Returns &
cancellations
pages, which form part of these terms. In summary: free UK delivery,
delivery within 30 days at the latest, a 30-day returns policy that runs longer than the statutory
minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, return carriage paid by us, and the full
remedies of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for anything faulty.

Product information

Dimensions, capacities and weights are KINTO’s published figures and are reproduced in
good faith. Photographs are illustrative and colours shift between screens; items made from
natural wood vary in colour and grain between individual pieces, which is the material rather than
a defect. If an exact dimension or a hob compatibility matters to your decision,
ask us to confirm it before you order.

Safe use

Follow the care and heat instructions on each listing and on the item itself. Enamelled pieces
that are marked as direct-fire safe are not therefore microwave safe, and the KAKOMI pot
specifically is not. Wooden items are hand wash only. Thermal shock — a rapid change from
very hot to very cold — will damage ceramic and enamel, and that is not a manufacturing
fault.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this
contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were
not foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply to consumers for domestic use. We never
limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for
anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the
courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring
proceedings in your own courts.

Complaints

Contact us first — most things are resolved the same day. If we cannot settle a dispute
between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme; ask us and we will
tell you which applies.
