Description
The entry point into the range, and the chair to look at first if the deciding factor is whether one person can get it into a car boot unaided. The aluminium-alloy frame brings the whole chair to 15 kg, and it folds without tools.
Motors and battery
Two 180W brushless motors, one per rear wheel. Brushless means no brushes to wear, so servicing is limited to tyres and the battery. The 10.4Ah lithium pack lifts out, so the chair can stay in the car while the battery charges indoors — the single most useful feature on any travel chair. Expect around 16 km from a full charge.
Controls and safety
A 360° joystick mounts to either armrest for left- or right-hand use, with a mute control and an SOS alert on the same panel. Braking is electromagnetic and engages the moment you release the joystick, backed by a manual hand brake, a seat belt and anti-tip supports at the rear. Armrests flip back for side transfers.
Wheels
Solid rubber throughout — 20 cm front, 30 cm rear. They cannot puncture and never need inflating, which is the right trade for pavement and indoor use.
