Terms & conditions

These terms govern your purchase from Punichair. Nothing in them removes or limits your rights
as a consumer under UK law.

Who we are

Punichair, operated by Lan Sm LLC, 51 Cheverton Road, London N19 3BA, United Kingdom. Telephone
+44 7868 237042, email
contact@punichair.com.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch
confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because stock has gone, or a price was
displayed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not use an obvious
pricing error to hold you to a purchase, and equally we are not obliged to honour one.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include free UK delivery. The price shown is
the total you pay.
We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your
order and none is shown — you will not receive a VAT invoice and cannot reclaim VAT on a
purchase from us. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment

Payment is taken by debit or credit card through Stripe, our payment
processor. Your card details are sent straight to Stripe and never reach us — we do not see them and we cannot
store them. We only advertise payment methods we actually accept, so if you can see it at the
checkout, it works.

Charges from this shop appear on your statement as PUNICHAIR.

Delivery, cancellation and faults

Set out in full on our Delivery and
Returns &
cancellations
pages, which form part of these terms. In summary: free UK delivery,
delivery within 30 days at the latest, a 30-day returns policy that runs longer than the statutory
minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, return carriage paid by us, and the full
remedies of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for anything faulty.

Product information

Dimensions, weights, cutting widths, ranges, runtimes and load limits are the
manufacturer’s published figures and are reproduced in good faith. Shed sizes are nominal
trade sizes, so work from the internal and external measurements on the listing rather than the
name. Quoted battery range and runtime are estimates measured under favourable conditions and will
fall with load, gradient, surface and cold. Photographs are illustrative and colours shift between
screens. If an exact dimension, a gradient or a weight limit matters to your decision,
ask us to confirm it before you order.

Safe use

These are powered machines and mobility equipment. Read the manual supplied with the item
before you use it and stay inside the limits stated on the listing and on the machine itself
— user weight, maximum gradient, guards in place, fuel and oil grades. Petrol mowers are
dispatched dry and must be fuelled outdoors with the engine cold. Charge batteries only with the
charger supplied, and do not keep using or send back a battery that has been dropped, pierced,
soaked or has swollen — tell us and we will arrange the correct collection for it. Sheds must
be built on a level base and anchored as the instructions require: an unanchored shed is a wind
risk, and the resulting damage is not a manufacturing fault.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this
contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were
not foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply to consumers for domestic use. We never
limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for
anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the
courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring
proceedings in your own courts.

Complaints

Contact us first — most things are resolved the same day. If we cannot settle a dispute
between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme; ask us and we will
tell you which applies.
