About Punichair

Punichair is an independent online retailer based in north London, operated by
Lan Sm LLC. We sell garden storage, lawn mowers and powered mobility
equipment to households across the United Kingdom. We started trading in 2026.

Why the range is short

Most sites in this trade list every shed and mower a supplier catalogue will give them and know
none of them. We would rather carry three ranges properly: which shed needs a level base and how
level, which mower drives itself and which you push, what a quoted battery range actually means
once there is a gradient and a passenger in it. If you ask us a question about something on this
site, you are asking someone who has handled it.

How we operate

We buy stock outright and hold it ourselves. When you order, we pick it and book the carrier.
Nothing here is drop-shipped: your order is not forwarded to a third party to send on in
their own packaging on their own timetable. It is why we can tell you honestly what is in stock,
and why there is one company to deal with if something goes wrong.

What we are not

• We are not a manufacturer, and we are not an agent, authorised dealer or distributor for one.
Everything here is sold unbranded, and no manufacturer endorses this shop.
• We are not a marketplace. Every item on this site is ours, in our stockroom.
• We do not sell used, ex-display or seconds. Everything is new and unused.
• We do not install, assemble or service what we sell, and we do not take old machines away.

Who you are dealing with

Punichair is operated by Lan Sm LLC. A small operation, not a call
centre: the same people answer the phone, pick the orders and handle the returns.
