About Punichair

Punichair is an independent online retailer based in north London. We sell Japanese tableware
and drinkware — specifically the KINTO range — to households across the United
Kingdom. We started trading in 2026.

Why one brand

Most homeware shops list dozens of labels and know none of them. We would rather carry one
range properly: know which teapot size suits which way of brewing, which lid fits which tumbler,
which pieces take direct heat and which do not. If you ask us a question about something on this
site, you are asking someone who has handled it.

How we operate

We buy KINTO stock outright and hold it ourselves. When you order, we pick it and book the
courier. Nothing here is drop-shipped: your order is not forwarded to a third party to send on in
their own packaging on their own timetable. It is why we can tell you honestly what is in stock,
and why there is one company to deal with if something goes wrong.

What we are not

• We are not KINTO, and we are not an authorised KINTO dealer or distributor. We are a retailer
  who buys genuine KINTO stock. Manufacturer warranty terms and the full current range are matters
  for KINTO directly.
• We are not a marketplace. Every item on this site is ours, in our stockroom.
• We do not sell used, ex-display or seconds. Everything is new and unused.
• We do not offer engraving, gift wrapping or personalisation.

Who you are dealing with

A small operation, not a call centre. The same people answer the phone, pick the orders and
handle the returns.
